Where should I stay: Old Town, Kazimierz or elsewhere?

Choose by your actual itinerary and sleep needs, not a universal “best area”. Old Town suits frequent visits to the main sights; Kazimierz suits time in that neighbourhood; other central areas can work with a convenient tram. Compare the exact address, night noise, stairs or lift, late check-in and the walk from your arrival stop. A cheaper room can lose its advantage after extra transport. Read recent room-specific reviews, especially complaints about noise; a neighbourhood name alone cannot establish quietness or accessibility.
