What should I confirm before booking a tour?

Send the date, start time, language, group size, children’s ages, interests, mobility needs and desired duration. Ask who will actually lead, whether commentary is live, which interiors and tickets are included, the full group price and cancellation rules. Confirm the meeting point, contact number and rain plan in writing. Compare equivalent offers: a driver, audio recording, private city guide and museum educator are different services. Ask whether a substitute guide can be assigned. Do not infer quality or availability from a large review count alone.
