99. Who should I contact about something left on a tram, train or street?

Start with the operator or venue responsible for where it was lost. For a city bus or tram, identify whether MPK or another operator ran it; for a train, contact that railway operator. The municipal lost-property office handles a separate system and publishes its own contacts and list. Provide the date, approximate time, route, direction, vehicle number if known and a distinctive description. Confirm an item is there before travelling to collect it.
