14. How do I arrange airport assistance for reduced mobility?

Request assistance through your airline or travel organiser when booking, ideally at least 48 hours before departure, as KRK advises. Explain the assistance needed, walking and stair limitations, and the mobility aid’s dimensions and battery details where relevant. Confirm the meeting point and required arrival time. Airport assistance does not automatically arrange an accessible vehicle to your accommodation, so book that separately if needed.
